No Claims certificate needed for car insurance abroad

I sold the last car I had back in 2013 when I moved abroad. I'm still abroad and have finally decided to buy a car, but in order to get insurance here I need to get a certificate from previous insurers showing I have had no claims. Is there any way to get that information centrally or do I need to contact each of my previous insurers separately (I can't remember who half of them are as I regularly would change to whatever the best deal was on offer in a certain year!)? Thanks in advance for any suggestions!

Fairly sure your last insurer should have the aggregated no claims certificate
