    Hi guys don't regularly post on here but here goes.....

    Been offered a trade in on my 2013 car towards an older model. Thing is its 6 years older its a 2007 but has much better spec and a faster car overall. Was wondering if this is worth it. Has a bigger boot also but it is 6 years older.......

    Help me make my mind up guys

    Without knowing the make and model of both cars and money involved then who knows.

    Well the person might follow on here so don't really want to say too much. Going from a car which has everything i need on it really to a car which is 6 years older with a tad higher mileage but has the inclusion of being more comfortable.....leather seats.....climate control.....more power and a bigger boot. straight swap is what is being asked.

    Will your insurance cover an 11 year old car? Will you pay extra on the old tax system., etc etc.

    Yeah be paying 500 extra a year in tax. Will cover it yes but im aware of that 15 year rule as well. Not worth it when you look at it that way
