Gas explosion and now leak

    After the gas explosion in Ballytruckle during the snow there's word on facebook that's someone is dead after a gas leak in Roanmore ? Anyone know what's going on ?

    That wasn't a gas explosion in Ballytruckle. The guy in the house wasn't well in the head and shouldn't have been living on his own.

    Both are random unrelated tragedies.

    Last night wasn't a gas leak. Neither incident was gas related.

    In fairness to the OP, the news outlets locally and nationally were calling both as gas incidents initially.

    The most recent was carbon monoxide from what looks like burning rubbish in the house.
    Not sure of what the actual cause of the earlier one was, but the gas company have made it clear that the house in question was not connected to the gas network.

    Yeah, as I said the guy wasn't well and done something crazy with flammable liquid.
