Have no heating upstairs radiators

    My water went off a few days ago over the snow my radiators down stairs are working but not up stairs how do I get them working again or how do I get air lock out please and help would be great

    The water going off should not effect the upstairs radiators.Do you have a sealed or open vented system.have you a small tank in the attic

    Yes there a big Warter tank in the attic that feeds all the toilets and copper tank in hot press,I think the water pump for the boiler was turned on when the water was off for the few days, that's why I think there's an air lock somewhere, how can I get it out, thanks

    You have to ensure there is water in the system first.is there a small tank in the attic as well as the big tank. Or can you see a red vessel or any gauge in hot press or near boiler.if you can post picture any pictures it would help
