no water dublin 6 6th/march/2018 10am

yesterday it was reported that there would be water restrictions from 7om to 7am in dublin for the "foreseeable future".ie reduced water pressure not NO WATER the following day?

*today at 10 am there is no water on my road in d6.
*looking at forum this is widespread across dublin  see "8.05am still no water Dublin 8" "no water in rathmines 9am" etc
*no updates on this here or elsewhere by irish water
- irish water is active on the forum as they are replying to "other queries"  
- see erdin from irish waters reply on "email response" (hardly urgent in comparision to no water supply in dublin
- no info on irish water website either 
- irish water charter says "We are available on Boards.ie Mon - Fri 09:00 - 20:00. We are also available on Twitter. is this a joke?

if "God" or "Nature" was designing a city where there should never be a water supply problem it could hardy create a better city than dublin 
-wettest city in europe with rain on average every second day see 
- rarely get signifigant snow or frost
- we have mountains 10km from the city for resevoirs etc

Likewise with communication Dublin had a modern communications infrastructure with internet, telecommunications , radio, television and yet Irish water cannot keep us informed.

one has to wonder at the incredible incompetence of irish water ?
