    Just flagging this as many people posting here seem to have not read the sticky post about the red weather alert, they said that they will only be answering queries on Twitter. This is their latest tweet about the Dublin situation but you can also tweet their customer service twitter here

    the red alert has been off since the weekend and its now tuesday.

    note that the iw water team are replying to non supply related queries here on boards. see the reply wrt email 

    also their charter stated as above on sticky states as follows.
