Sand Dark Wood Floors?

    Good morning,

I have very dark wood floors in my home. At first we liked now.. now we absolutely hate them!

Is it possible to get a professional in to sand them down to a lighter colour? If so, would anyone recommend a company?

    Thanks a mill!

You need to be sure what exactly you have: some wood floors are just a thin veneer on the base timber and sanding would not work: if the timber has a good top thickness, like some well made engineered floors, AND the dark is due to a stain rather than the natural timber then...perhaps....

Stick a photo on but I would be thinking that the only way would be is to replace
