Long Term regular overtime change

I have been doing regular overtime for around 8 years with the company I work for, This overtime has stopped suddenly and I have only just realised how much I relied upon it and unwisely treated it as part of my salary.

Is there any part of employment law that may help me ? I guess I'm thinking along the lines of renters having additional rights after x amount of years or redundancy that takes into account total pay for the year, not just the salaried amount.

Does anyone know anything that might help ? or a good location of where I might find this information if it exists ?
