Big house with small back garden

Looking at buying a four bedroom house in an estate that is really close to town. It has a large room downstairs that has the potential to be a playroom in the future. But the back garden is small. Doesn't bother us but afraid it would put people off if we wanted to sell it in years?

    What direction is it facing?

    Pretty sure it's East facing

What’s the interest in the property now?
If there’s not much interest in it now during the biggest housing shortage era in memory then it may never have any further interest.

Remember, the day you buy it, is the day you sell it, so you have to think, could you sell it next week if the sh1t was to hit the fan for whatever reason personally.

*ignoring all obvious problems such as housing crash etc

Almost all urban new builds have tiny back gardens. The effect on price is mostly lack of development potential, but if the house is already big enough it's not that big a deal.

Tiny kitchen plus tiny back garden is a problem though.
