Find the leaks and fix them or keep venting and let the system erode over time.

Check all the rad valves for drips they could be tiny check hot water taps for discoloration, it’s hard to tell really without being there have you a pressure gauge on the system? Is it dropping?
How often are you venting the rad? If every time you use it it could be just airlocked. It’s probably best to get a plumber out or a leak detector but you have to weigh up where the leak is ,how often you vent it ,how old the system is, how expensive it’d be to put right.

There has to be a leak somewhere, the other rads wont have air in them yet as the system has not drained down that far yet,

As for finding the leaks try checking each rad valve as they can leak over time from usage, if need be you may have to lift boards to find it.

Its most likely not air at all but gas from sludge.

Everyday is a school day. Would this be caused by a leak though?

Yes the sludge could be caused by a leak and fresh water been constantly introduced. Also by a system running without an inhibitor.
