    Hi everyone.
    Thought this topic will be very useful for those who are pregnant and looking for prenatal yoga classes.

    I am from Sligo and there are prenatal yoga classes offered by indiependentyoga.com
    Classes are meant for different stages of pregnancy and do not require any previous experience.
