Apologies if I am posting this in the wrong section

Our electricity and water went yesterday afternoon , electricity came back on this morning but still no sign of water.

We are on the mains, houses above and below us have their water back but no joy here .Is it a case of waiting it out or is there anything I can do to speed it along ? We are all badly in need of a shower here not to mention it would be lovely to flush the loo too! Any help very much appreciated

Are you in an apartment or a house?
Do you have a pump in the hot press?
