Hydraulic on 4610

I was clearing snow with the 4610 and power link box and noticed that I would have to open it fully before I could close it and close fully to open. Would this be a simple problem i.e.. spool valve or dirt. Or is major ie. Pump problem. Thanks for any replies on advance

Probably condensation in the hydraulic pump intake filter. When was it changed last?

Last year but would get no big work.
I diped it for oil there its a bit low would that cause it to go like that? I'll have to get oil so can't top it up till week
