omc's and rental agents

    This is subject is being re-visited: I own apartments in 2 student villages which I bought cheap, and they have been wonderful investments for me but more so for the OMC main director who is making more money than me from my apartment. I have been trying to get the the dictator..sorry director of the OMC to release a proper register of members, and register of directors. The Dictator/director of the OMC was forced by the ODCE to release a register of owners, but it is not complete according to ODCE rules, and it is obvious that some/most of the addresses are incomplete/false/ shell companies/svps. I contacted the ODCE and mentioned the problems with the register, pointing out that is very unlikely (and it was probably designed that way) that the information contained in the submitted register would enable me to contact enough members to organize an EGM to get rid of a certain director. The ODCE said they cannot help me the information on the register does not have to be genuine. Also the ODCE have done nothing to get a full history register of members which their book says I am entitled to, and they have failed to get a register of directors past and present released
    In England the Law Soceity and the IPCC claim to help the public, but in fact they help dodgy lawyers and police avoid being caught. Has the ODCE got a reputation for playing on the other side

    If ODCE helped me obtain the documents/registers the ODCE book says I am entitled then it would help me alot. Concerning AGM's I live in Thailand but did travel once to Ireland to attend an AGM, and I got the accounts rejected, but was not invited to the next EGM where the accounts were accepted. Concerning CRO documents I would be interested in a comprehensive set of accounts to see if the directors at any time have paid OMC money into the shell companies the directors own. I would also like a comprehensive set of accounts from the alledged shell companies to make sure the only payments received are from the OMC
