Art studio

Anyone know where I can start a search for an art studio space? I am looking for a casual spot, not the kind of space that does public showings. Any thoughts? I would so appreciate it

They come in a number of sizes but based on my unit it would be 1,500 per Sq metre so a 15 sq m is 22,500 ballpark. The HRI grant also applies so subtract the 13.5% VAT so it would be less than 20k€.
