Vodafone home broadband keeps dropping

    We have had this issue for the past few months. The wifi signal drops constantly throughout the day. We have spoken to Vodafone over 10 times in the past month and we are getting nowhere with this issue. It's ridiculous. The people we speak to just keep doing the same tests over and over again. An engineer has been out and we m9ves the router to the main phone socket but still no change. At this point, as we need the broadband for business needs, we are considering changing provider.

    Is it the internal WiFi that is dropping or the broadband link?
