Hi, I can bleed my radiators that will take a screwdriver but I've got 2 radiators that don;t seem to have anywhere to bleed them from. I've attached 2 pictures to show the type of rads I have.

    Thanks
    Barry

Its one of the top corners where the bleed will be. Don't know why you posted those pics.

Yeah, behind top corner facing the wall. You're looking for a circular recess about 15mm diameter although by the look of it could be full of paint. Square type key will be needed more than likely.

Lovely stuff thanks everyone. I posted the pics in case I was missing something stupid and to spare someone having to ask me questions. I always figured the more information up front the better.

Any tips for when the bleed nut head is rounded off ( other than putting a self tapping screw into the top of it )

Can I lift the rad of the hinges and tilt it so as to get a better approach to the nut that’s on the rear?

You could try to epoxy a key to the bleed screw. A small drop right in the bottom of the key recess.
You can lift but depending on the exact fitting materials and method and how many times the kids did it before playing Tarzan you can end up on the set of a watery Mr Bean sketch very quickly.
Unless you know that the screw still works you could end up finding out that the reason for it being rounded is someone stripped it thinking they were loosening and glued it back in anyway.
