Anyone any tips on sorting this even temporarily?

From looking online the issue may be a frozen condenser outlet pipe. I think this is the white plastic pipe coming from boiler? It's connected to a clear plastic container inside the casing of the boiler. Looks like it's full of water and from my understanding the pipe outside has frozen and the water has backed up to the boiler and it's shut down for safety.

The problem is, we have the boiler in the attic and the outside section of pipe in not accessible.

I think I can empty the little tank and get an hour or so out of it? Anyone more knowledgeable than me can give advice?

Find where the condensing pipe is outside the house, and pour hot water over it to defrost, then reset the boiler

I emptied the condensate trap and the heating worked. But it seems this shouldn't be emptied?
