Sram x7 rear derailler cage length?

I am currently running a 22-32-44T x 11-30 cassette (8Speed) on my MTB. I am converting to a 9speed 11-34 cassette. I got the wheels (9sp), 9sp shifters, new rings (same size), 9sp chain + cassette. My worry is that I'm not sure if my rear derailler has a long or medium cage. The jockey wheels c-c is approx. 75mm. Will it work with 11-34t cassette?
    Thanks in advance.

i have a Sram X7 on my Specz crosstrail MTB/commuter, it came with the bike as new. i have been running a Sram PG1030 11-36 cassette, which has been replaced like for like twice, due to normal wear and tear. pretty sure its a long cage RDR.

front DR is X7 glide using 32/48t double

so it should handle your intended cassette,
