Difference between preliminary H&S Plan and H&S Plan

    As the title suggests could someone explain if these are different or the preliminary is the basis for the Construction phase Health and Safety Plan but additions are made as they arise!

    Despite the similar name they are two completely different things prepared by different people OP.

    Your consultant should hopefully advise you but be prepared for he possibility of two separate appointments.
