    If you do something that your policy says you can't they have to cover any third party but can then chase you the policy holder for the costs involved.

    Anything you read or seen lately has been a hoax.

    Read your policy document and certificate.

    Unless something is noted on those as being specifically excluded then it is covered.

    This is obviously a common enough query as FBD posted on their Facebook page in the last 24 hours that there is no exclusion when it comes to weather warnings.

    As always, practice due diligence. There is no exclusion. I've been inundated with queries on the matter, its mad that the rumour has spread like that.
