    Essentially it seems a body which is already publicly funded botched the initial procurement process and then entered into some form of loose arrangement with the previous service provider ultimately costing the exchequer an additional €500k. I'm sure some mainstream news journalist will pick up on this in time and there might be some more questioning of the IHRB.

    elderberry, thanks for the very good link.
    Plenty of flags over the years that the authorities are failing.
    The buck stops with the HRI. I think they should read their mission statement about promoting Ireland as a "World Centre of Excellence".
    They appear to be more able to promote themselves.
