Hi we are looking to buy a 4 bedroom house in Ennis however there is a very short supply. Does anyone know of any new developments that might be coming up.

Curate’s Court by Liam O’Doherty in Roslevan. Only a couple of 4 beds though, mostly 3 beds.

Across the road Drumquin Construction have started a site, beside An Sean Dun. Don’t know when they’ll come on line though.

Just outside Ennis in Clarecastle, Fitzgibbons have a development for sale
