    I've seen the pictures, your description and what you originally asked for it before putting it open to offers.

    I sent you a pm a few days ago asking about obtaining a licence for it and how difficult it would be to get one, I've since gotten my application for a deer hunting licence and intend to apply for one.

    I have permission on lands and am willing to pay a deposit on the rifle asap and will pay the remainder if I am granted the licence.

    I've bought stuff from people on this site and I'm sure if you look back at my posts and check with them they will confirm I'm not a time waster.

    If you mean the offer is too low just let me know.
