Hi, if you have a mortgage in the south and are thinking of moving to the north after selling the house in the south and getting about 100k equity can you get a mortgage in the north or do you have to start the process again getting a job and in it at least 6 months etc? Also if you have family in the north can you get a mortgage with a family member guaranteeing payment in absence of permanent job contract whilst initially setting up?
