    Hi,

Would anyone know how much it would cost to repair the left and right cv joints?

It is for a 00 Renault Megane.

    Thanks,

    Debs

Its easier just to replace the driveshaft. Probably €100-150 for one plus 1-2 hours labour.

are you sure its the joints and not the boots?

unless they are clicking really badly i wouldnt be inclined to replace them on a 2000 megane - just the cost vs value of the car is around the same

You can buy complete new driveshafts for them from the UK for less than 30 stg ea.

I have used this company before and the CV joint I fitted to my Avensis did over 140k miles before I sold it.
For that money I would buy a complete shaft for both sides the labour will be less as its a very quick replacement.
