    hi
Recently bought a Cannon Pixma TS 3150 wireless printer. So before I install the drivers, I need advice on what the minimum printer /scan /copy drivers I need to install for my W 8.1. I ask because previously I installed a HP printer and found embedded Goggle Analytics, One Drive, & Drop box plug ins and a host of other services & icons on my desktop that seemed to turn my laptop into a shopping trolley !

Do Canon included all that bloat in their driver?

Do they provide a means to untick options when installing?

As well as the Full Driver & Software package here, there is a reference to a separate list of Windows drivers ; MP Driver, XPS Driver, IJ Network Device Set up Utility and My Image Garden. Not sure what they are, so holding the install till I find the minimum set for full function.
    Research to date:
My Image Garden is a software program developed by Canon.. A scheduled task is added to Windows Task Scheduler in order to launch the program at various scheduled times. The primary executable is named cnmigmain.exe. The setup package generally installs about 54 files and is usually about 79.29 MB.

my recollection is when you installed the drivers you could choose manual install which allows you to skip some of the bloatware?

That is what I would expect
Do they provide a means to untick options when installing?
