    1. I moved to Ireland recently, do I need to register with Irish Water?

    We advise customers to update their details with us so we can, where necessary, issue operational information to them such as water outages or planned works. You can do so by contacting us on 1850 448 448.

    2. My Account is under ‘The Occupier’ I’ve been asked to send in a proof of payment, but still haven’t got my refund.

    Would you mind sending the following details in a private message and we will look into this matter for you:

    - Name;
    - Address;
    - Contact number;
    - WPRN;
    - Account number; and
    - Confirmation that you are the account holder.

    3. Someone has cashed my refund; a case has been opened but I’ve heard nothing yet.
