Young driver insurance

I always see young lads and drivers with 'N' plates driving is200's and other cars with high litre engines and I'm wondering how did they get insured.

Are they getting insured under a parent or what? I'm struggling myself to find insurance as a young driver on 1.4 or less so I'm just wondering how they're getting insured on 2.0 rwd cars.

    Cheers
