Pressurised system - priming pump

We moved into a new (to us) house last week and it has a pressurised hot water system. There is a Wilo pump in the hot press and a large pressure tank. We had the water off yesterday as we are getting work done in the utility room. We drained the system by turning on the taps until they stopped running. Valves were turned on again last night but there is no water in the hot taps and it looks like the pump hasn’t primed. There are 2 gauges - one on the pump and one on a pipe and they both show 0 bar. There is a red light on the pump and pressing the reset button does nothing. Is there a knack to priming these systems?

Builder came up this morning. Turned it off and on again and pressed the reset button and the pump sprang into action. Obviously I just loosened it up for him.
