Item stuck in depot

I have an item that I sent stuck in the depot. The tracking from an post says 'ADDRESSEE NOT KNOWN' from yesterday around 11am, then 'ITEM IN DEPOT' at 1pm. Nothing since. The helpline and the depot are Mon to Fri 9 to 5, so I can't get through to anyone. 2 questions: -should they not have attempted delivery again today?…

-will they attempt to deliver on a Saturday, or is stuck til next week?

They're meant to re-attempt with some services but in my experience don't. You'll be able to collect it from 7 or 9AM on Monday.
