    Hey,

Had this interesting idea in my head for the bathroom floor not even sure if its actually possible, couldn't find any examples online.

How about covering the floor with pebbles, sand, sea shells might even include some natural or artificial moss/grass etc. whatever pretty much you would want :D and covering everything with a layer of clear see through flooring epoxy.

What do you guys reckon possible or just another crazy idea ?

It would be straightforward but not sure about the look!

oh, ive seen that with penies a while back lools original, similar to what I have in mind, it would only need to be much thicker to get the effecf, I might just need to experiment on a smaller scale before the renovations

Would the epoxy get skuffed easily if used in a kitchen or hall? Anybody have this type of floor down?

My dad used to make paper weights out of resin with all kinds of things embedded in them such as shells, clock parts etc, and the biggest problem was avoiding bubbles. From memory the trick was to add the resin a little at a time and let it settle and fill any holes before adding any more. Not sure how practical that would be for a floor though.
