Alexa enabled hands free car unit for music & calls

Hi,
My car doesn't have Bluetooth but has an aux connection.
Car is 2009 Saab 93.

I'm looking for a solution for-

• playing music hands free
• making and receiving calls hands free.

The Garmin Speak with Amazon Alexa I thought could but found out that Spotify or hands free calls don't work. Anyone know of any products that would do what I want?

Thanks, looks good but company website says 'Spotify available soon'

In practice the Viva works fine if its limitations are understood. Don’t tell it turn on Spotify. That doesn’t work.

Muse looks like an option but last I heard Spotify isn't supported....yet.

Why not just use Google assistant on an old Android with the headphones plugged into the aux
