Ultra low mileage recommendation

I have a 2 year old Auris Hybrid Estate with 25K km on the clock. The problem is that since I bought it I've been able to start working from home. To make matters worse, we have moved and the school run is now a school stroll. I think that Monday to Friday the car may not move at all. I think this year my mileage will be sub 10K. I'd like to sell it and keep some of the equity but still keep running costs to a minimum.

The problem is that I'm not sure what to look at. Before everyone recommends a Leaf, we need to be able to visit the in-laws, which is probably ~100km each way, and there seems to be no charge points on the way (N2).

I reckon it's worth around the 20K mark, but ideally I'd like to keep the spend on the new car to about 10-12K. Has anyone any bright ideas?
