I am getting my ducks in a row as due to break ground in next 3 weeks on a new build. When it comes to radon barrier and floor insulation before fitting underfloor heating and screed is there specialists tradesmen that look after installing radon barrier and insulation (block layer or grounds man etc) or is it something that I need to be doing myself from diy you tube videos?

No so much who builds them iv never heard of a Bricklayer doing radon.
It's generally the grounds workers, but there are specialist crouds that do just radon.
