Strange glowworm HX/climote issue

    hi folks.

looking for a bit of advice.

I have a strange issue with our boiler and Climote system

3 zones. Bedroom, living and water.

boiler is set to 68 degrees on front panel and when bed and living are on together boiler will never go above 58 degrees (on front panel) even if on for hours. As soon as either zone hits its thermostat set point on Climote and switches that zone off the boiler will go up to 68 degrees immediately and runs at this setting until the remaining zone gets to its setpoint. If the other zone kicks in again it will drop back down and eventually work its way back to 58 again.

The problem is entirely consistent and is easily reproduced. Dosent seem to happen when water and one other zone is on however, just the 2 zones with radiators.

system worked flawlessly for a year but this started out of the blue about 3 months ago. Boiler has been serviced and is supposedly fine.

The only thing that seems different (but I could be wrong) is that I dont remember being able to set the boiler temperature from the front panel when the system was first installed. It appeared to be set internally at 68 and the front buttons (mode, + and -) were locked down. But now I can set the temp as required (usually 68 as advised)
