toilet cisterns - no water

    Hello

recent water mains burst in the area caused water shutdown. Now mains fixed, all taps and both showers have cold and hot water.

But both toilet cisterns have no water at all, not even sound of water. Insides of cisterns look ok, no visible blockages.

Any ideas? Is it time to get a plumber?
    Thanks

There is a rubber bung inside the bottle arm that stops or let's water in when the arm is raised. This bung and the filter on probably has gunk stuck in it. Take it apart and clean it. If not up to task get a plumber it can be tricky for the unenthusiastic
