Unpaid legal work experience - tips

    Hi any tips out there on securing a few weeks work experience in a solicitors? I have a BCL, LLM, 4 Fe1s but no legal experience (apart from 2 weeks work experience in a firm way back in 2010) so I really need it for my CV. I didn't apply to any internships this summer as I'm currently working full time. I will have a few weeks off in the summer though so I was thinking it mite be wise to even do a couple of weeks in a solicitors. Any tips on the best way to go about doing this? I'm assuming that approaching a few local solicitors (in my suit!) with my CV would be a start?
