I am purchasing an apartment which has tenants, so the rent becomes mine from the date on the deed of transfer ie I want the lawyer to be as quick as possible. The lawyer has been supplied with deposit cheque final settlement cheque and all the papers.....how long should it take for him to get the deed of transfer dated…
