    I want to return my new phone and contacted your team to get a jiffy bag a week after I bought it (a month ago). I have since contacted Eir three times as the jiffy bag has not arrived. Can you organise this for me please?

    Unfortunately, I cannot organise a jiffy bag request through this channel.

    In order to do so, you will need to contact our customer care team on 1901 to have this looked into.
