Couple of questions about SEAI Better Homes grants

    Hi,

    I am currently planning some work on my house and I have a couple of questions about the SEAI better homes grants that I haven't been able to find the answers to. Hoping someone on here can help me.

    1. I am sure that when I looked a few months ago that there was a grant for a high efficiency boiler upgrade. Is this gone now? There is no mention of it on the SEAI website.

    2. If it is gone, is the same money available in the heating controls upgrade grant? This is currently 700 euro and I'm not sure if it was always that much.

    3. There is an insulation grant for dry lining (1800 euros). My house is already dry lined but I am pulling down all of the plasterboard and replacing it. Would I qualify for this grant?
