Refund Cheque Issue

Hi, I contacted IW a month ago as I haven't received my refund, I was told that the cheque had been issued and was cashed. The IW rep opened a case for the issue, as I had heard nothing I emailed two weeks ago but have had no reply, can somebody contact me. Thanks
