    Hi all

    Cycling down road this morning. 2 seconds later flat on my back in middle of road. Lucky a big rucksack and helmet broke fall..

    Bolt on the seat snapped. Its borrowed Ghost Trek 5100 and reasonably new..

    I'm worried it will happen again because if a car was behind me I'd have been in big trouble.

    Any advice on how to prevent this happening again?
