Do Focuss generally have longlife plugs, do many mechanics replace them with longlife?

How do I know if they are long life? Im just at 63k miles now, so I assume they are the ones that originally came with the car. Does this model of Ford normally come with long life ones?

Take one out and read it. The plug manufacturers have different codes to determine what type of plug it is.
