Hi, My account is showing €114.52 in credit when I log in. You have my updated address details. When can I expect to receive my refund? We are moving overseas in early April, and I'd like to get this sorted out in the next couple of weeks so I can focus on other stuff. Thanks

At present we cannot give a precise timeline for the delivery of the remaining refund cheques. If you'd like us to confirm that everything is up to date with your account, please PM with the below details and we can look into this for you:

- Name;
- Address;
- WPRN; and
- Account number.
