    1. I received a refund but it is not for the full amount that was paid on the account. Can you advise? 

    Please send the following details through PM and we can update this for you:

    - Name;
    - Address;
    - WPRN; and
    - Account number.

    2.  I used to house share when I paid water charges. The person who was receiving the bills has moved and is not interested in getting the money back. Is there anything that we can do?

    The account holder can send in a nomination form to get the name changed over. We would require that the account holder contact us to request this form with the following details:

    - Name;
    - Address;
    - WPRN; and
    - Account number.

    3. There was works in my area but the completion time was an hour ago and I still have no water. Can you help?

    Sometimes it can take 2-3 hours after the works have been completed for the supply to be returned to all areas. If you are still without water after 3 hours, please send the following details via PM:

    - Name;
    - Address; and
    - Contact number.


    4.  Hi, we have a serious issue with our Well water system. We have made an application to Irish Water to get connected to the Local Supply, but is there any way to speed this up?

    - The submission date of the application form;
    - The Local Authority you applied through; &
    - The reference number for your application


    5. Hi, the cheque is in my name but I don’t have a bank account. Can I change the cheque to my husband’s name?
