I've noticed that there seems to be something showing up in all of my photographs....a speck of dust or something. I've tried cleaning my camera but I can't get rid of it. Has anyone had their camera cleaned in a place they could recommend in Dublin?

what camera do you have? some have a sensor cleaning function built in.

it's almost certainly a speck of dust sitting on the sensor. nothing you would tackle yourself (in terms of physically cleaning the sensor) unless you're confident about doing it. the inbuilt camera cleaning function - if you have it - would probably vibrate the sensor or similar to dislodge the dust.

I have a Nikon d3100. Do you know if that has a cleaning function?

it does appear to - but apparently the default setting is to run a clean on power on and power off - if this is the case, it may not be able to dislodge the dust for you. might be worth looking for it on the menu, probably in a settings menu, look for a spanner icon.
