Buying something online from the States and getting it delivered to the States

    To answer your question OP, it depends who youre ordering from. Some places will only deliver to the card holders address, others will deliver to an alternative.

    Ive used the likes eBay and Amazon fine while over there with my Irish cards.

    Yes depending on the website. Amazon for example is no problem
