€1200 doesn't even cover my lab fee, components, implant and any graft material.

Maybe Northern Ireland or a reputable Eastern European dentist?

1200 for the implant, 1100 for the tooth screwed to it. 2300 total. You will find loads of places in around this fee for a single implant.

You will find places cheaper in Ireland, you dont need to go abroad unless you place no value on your own time and are too lazy to look.

However as with all things in life you get what you pay for most of the time, and you never get more for less.

OP - I would recommend you go and see a well established local practitioner with a good reputation, and they'll point you in the right direction. It is important for long term success that you commit to regular professional reviews and cleanings, and maintain optimal diet and home hygiene habits. I have come across too many patient who see the implant as the "problem solved" and then disappear for five years and wonder why they there rest of their mouth deteriorates...
