Calculating deductions for nanny

Hi, I am returning to work and getting a lady into my home to mind the kids a few hours a week. Payment will only be approx 110/120 per week depending on my oh shifts but i want to keep things above board so will be submitting details to revenue and want to give her payslips. i dont really want to but a payroll package for this but have no idea how to deduct prsi/usc etc. Has anyone an excel template I could use or know where I could source one. Really want to make sure I do this right from the start, thanks in advance

A payroll package won't cost you much over 225 or so, if you have no real knowledge of the PAYE system, then it would be money well spent.
